    We welcome collaborations. If you would like to collaborate, please reach out by email or Instagram and share the details of your project. Please note that we do not provide free pieces in exchange for content. If an influencer or creator loves one of our items, it must be purchased like any other customer.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

  • What happens if my package is stuck in transit?

    If a package stops moving, carriers require a waiting period of two weeks before opening a claim. After the claim is submitted, carriers have 30 business days to investigate. During this time, the package may still be delivered.- A claim does not automatically mean the package is lost or that a refund will be issued.- No refunds can be processed during this period.- If the carrier officially declares the package lost after the 30 business days, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds; instead, you will receive a store credit valid for one year. Items must be returned in their original condition, with labels and accessories intact. Original shipping fees are not refundable.To ensure transparency, we record a video of each item during the packing process before shipment. This guarantees the condition of the item when shipped and helps resolve disputes.
